We understand emergencies happen. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please let us know a minimum of 24 hours ahead of your scheduled time. We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the missed appointment if no notice is given or if the notice is less than 24 hours before your appointment. Fee must be paid before another appointment is booked. Multiple last minute cancellations or no-shows may result in client dismissal. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our cosmetologists time.
